Italian businesses continue to improve, helping to make customers feel Covid-safe
Since February 2020, Covid-19 has marked our life and the reality in which we live in. And, despite the good news about vaccines, it is realistic to think it is something that will last for a while.
It is therefore important to know HOW TO LIVE TOGETHER WITH IT primarily for our health and the others ‘one, and secondly for the economy and our own countries.
The rules for coexistence are those that we have been hearing for some time: distances, hands and room sanitizing and – like a mantra – “wearing the mask!”. If we respect these rules, it will be easier to contain the spread of the virus. This will have the important consequence of guaranteeing us greater freedom with the benefit of improving the quality of our life and the Italian economy.
MSPA run a survey which “evaluates the experiences of members of the general public when visiting 532 locations in October/November ranging from fashion & general retail stores, supermarkets, car dealers and fast food to dining establishments (where open)”.
The results show that there is a good compliance of the various commercial business with the rules to be respected, that is Sanitisation, Signage, Social distancing, PPE for Staff, Mask wearing by customers. “Only a 5% of customers said they actually felt unsafe to complete their transaction”. Recover even this small percentage of customers by working mainly on customer and staff social distancing can be important for businesses. “It is clear that those organizations that invest in getting things right and measure how well the basics are delivered will score highest with customers and increase footfall as a result”.
Italy is already on the right track. Continuing to respect a few rules, will be of help for our business activities and therefore our country.. while waiting for better times.
