Feelings and Expectations at the time of Covid-19 _ KIK and SkyRunner
KIK, in collaboration with SkyRunner, is pleased to present its own research on FEELINGS AND EXPECTATIONS AT THE TIME OF COVID-19.
Our main aim is understanding and tracking both the general feelings and expectations in this delicate period for all of us.
These are the results collected during the first phase, filled anonymously and then aggregated.
In particular, this study was released for those who, starting from January 1st 2020, have at least:
o Traveled (plane/train /bus);
o Visited a city or an attraction (museum/exhibition);
o Stayed out at least one night in a facility (hotel /b&b);
o Eaten out from home (lunch/dinner, restaurant/pizzeria).
The total sample was equal to 540 respondents. Some highlights here below :)
About Feelings:
86% of the respondents have a mood that is in the range between “Medium Positive ” (43%), “Quite Positive” (38%) and “Extremely Positive” (5%). This is the sign of a slight feeling of hope and trust in the future.
45% of respondents believe that the worst has just passed. This highlights the feeling of hope to return back to normality, to everyday life.
Regarding Expectations:
38% say they work in Smart working much more than before.
In the next month, 46% of respondents expect to “see their friends”. 15% hopes to return to “take the bus”.
37% know that they will work partially (25%) and totally (12%) in Smart working.
