Let’s have a look at the results of the 16^th edition of the 2020 Smiling Report!

The 2020 Smiling Report has been released by Veronica Boxberg Karlsson from Sweden, the founder of Better Business World Wide.

She gave shape to the Smiling Report in 2004 and she has been collecting data from that moment.

All the details have been gathered by Mystery Shoppers from those professional Mystery Shopping Companies that are Members of MSPA.

This year the report includes the results of nearly 5MLN questions from 68 countries focusing on Smile, Greeting and Add-on Sales metrics during 2019.

KIK. is pleased to have joined this project, providing the Smiling Report 2020 with its own data.

The report shows Italy in 1st position among 69 countries regarding Smiling in Automotive. In addition, Europe scored 69% reaching the 1^st position regarding the Add-On-Sale.
